I have a shameful itunes addiction. I love finding new music, and I have such eclectic tastes that the poor "just for you" feature in my itunes is as confused as a kitten in a geometry class. I have three new obsessions...
Hymns by Beth Neilsen Chapman -- a collection of pre-Vatican II hymns, mostly in Latin, all arranged with multi-part harmony. They are really beautiful, and enjoyable for a Catholic-dabbler such as myself. I am a sucker for Latin.
Walking in the Air by Chloe Agnew -- She makes me seriously jealous, since she has the voice I wish I had. Pretty standard "pretty voice" music (she does a lot of the same stuff that was on Josh Groban's forst album), but in a good range for me to sing along, which I like. It goes well with the Beethoven and Debussy I listen to while I am trying to go to sleep.
Lady Sovereign -- British white chick rapper, think Spice Girls meet Eminem. Awesome dance music, really fun mix of hip-hop and techno with an edge. I LOVE it.
I told you it was eclectic. At least I have not put them all on the same playlist. Yet.
